Plastic Surgeons Discuss Cosmetic Surgery Needs of Political Figures
Cosmetic surgery among celebrities is certainly commonplace, but recently, we have seen that several of America’s political figureheads have risen to celebrity status- namely the two presidential candidates and their running mates. Have any of them ever gotten or considered a surgical procedure? Could any of them benefit from a little bit of cosmetic tweaking? A group of plastic surgeons analyzed the faces of Obama, McCain, Biden and Palin to give their opinions.
Obama- Most surgeons agreed that Obama, president-elect, is naturally a handsome man. His skin is clear and his face is relatively proportionate. The most common complaint was that his ears are too big. Speculations have been made concerning a possible nose job, but most surgeons are skeptical.
McCain- The surgeons focused mainly on the scars that the Republican candidate sustained during his years in the military and from his battle with melanoma. They said that the doctor’s work left him with half of a facelift and recommended a little bit of work to even things up.
Biden- Many believe that Biden once had Botox injections and hair implants. However, surgeons agree that he is in major need of a facelift and an eyelift to give him a less sinister, and more hardy look.
Palin- The young governor of Alaska received little criticism from the surgeons.
Though you may not be a celebrity, you too can benefit from plastic surgery. If you are interested in learning more about the options available to you, contact a surgeon today!
